RETURNS POLICY

As we are sure you will be and want you to be, delighted with your purchase of Imagemakers Corporate Wear, you are welcome to exchange any item providing garments are still in their original state and packaging and have not been worn or altered In any way, shape or form.

Any garments returned without the original labelling on will not be exchanged and the return cost of the garment to the customer will be for their account.

In order to exchange goods, contact Imagemakers at [email protected] for an exchange reference number and form, which we will email to you. This form needs to be included, along with a copy of the original invoice in the box with the returned items. No items will be exchanged without a return reference number being quoted.

Returned items will not be exchanged if they are received by Imagemakers later than 30 days from the date we dispatched your order and if they are not accompanied with an Imagemakers return form, with return number included and a copy of the original invoice, as mentioned above.

Manufacturing fault return

Any garment queries / faults which are due to a clear oversight on behalf of Imagemakers, will be exchanged and all costs will be for Imagemakers. If Imagemakers is by any chance out of stock of an item being requested due to an exchange, Imagemakers will refund the customer in full to the value of the returned item only.

Size / Colour exchange return

Shipping costs for sending back these items; will be for the customer’s account. We strongly recommend that customers send any returns via an insured, traceable service. Imagemakers will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement items to the customer, providing they are in stock. If Imagemakers is by any chance out of stock of replacement item, Imagemakers will refund the customer’s account. Garments to be changed for a different size and colour will only be done providing the value of the item does not change in anyway.

Style Exchanges return

Shipping costs for sending back these items, will be for the customer’s account. We strongly recommend that customers send any returns via an insured, traceable service If the customer would like to exchange an item for a different style, as there is a price difference, the customer’s account will be credited with the amount for the garment retuned and a full refund to the value of the returned garment will be processed to customers account. Your refund will be given against the original payment credit card, debit card used to purchase the product or deposited into the bank account in the case of an Electronic Funds Transfer within 5 working days. Please note that Delivery will not be credited or refunded, as this service has already been provided to the customer.

Please note: Imagemakers cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by mishandling, failure to follow garment care instructions, or excessive wear and tear. All garments are manufactured by Imagemakers, as a result, please note that commercially acceptable variations in colour may occur due to slight differences in fabric from different deliveries.

Same styles manufactured in different quality fabrics can feel slightly different in fit, although the exact same pattern is used, electronically cut and garments manufactured at the same time. These differences should not warrant size exchanges.
